An exciting Team Assistant opportunity has arisen with a globally respected investment firm based in London. Known for excellence and developing top assistant talent, this firm offers a fast-paced, collaborative and international environment.
Based in their state-of-the-art, vibrant, chic and modern offices, you'll support Associates, Managing Directors, Senior VPs and the ad-hoc wider team with complex diary management, cross-time zone meetings, international travel and senior stakeholder liaison across Europe, Asia and America.
The team values professionalism, adaptability, attention to detail and strong client-facing communication.
You'll need a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Assistant or Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment. Experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Consultancy or professional services is highly desirable.

This is a 12 month, full-time, office-based role (5 days a week) with the potential to extend or become permanent based on performance and business needs.
£23 inclusive of holiday, plus overtime pay

- A minimum of 3 years' Assistant experience, ideally within investment or professional services
- Excellent communication, strong organisation and exceptional attention to detail
