The Role

Responsibilities
- Diary and meeting management across multiple time zones, ensuring priorities are met
- Planning complex international itineraries, adapting to last-minute changes
- Inbox and correspondence management, document preparation and filing
- Compiling and submitting accurate expense reports
- Providing occasional lunchtime reception cover, greeting clients and guests
- Supporting with small events, dinners and client entertaining
- Ideally Quest or Oxford Media Business School trained, with at least 6 months’ office or administrative experience
- Polished, smartly presented and quick-witted, with the confidence to engage at CEO and Chairman level
- Resilient, with a strong sense of humour and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and strong IT (MS Office) skills
- Robust, adaptable and confident in a high-performance environment
