As Team Assistant/Researcher to the Temporary Division, Elizabeth plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and successful operation of the temp desk. Her responsibilities span a wide range of essential functions, including candidate care, payroll coordination, compliance, and resourcing. She is also instrumental in screening CVs, helping to coordinate interviews, and organising thoughtful gifts for our valued candidates.

Elizabeth’s attention to detail and proactive approach help maintain the high standards of service that define ISE Partners. Her work behind the scenes ensures that both clients and candidates experience a seamless and supportive process.

A graduate of the University of Sussex, Elizabeth joined ISE Partners after an enriching period of travel across Asia, where her exploration included countries such as South Korea and Thailand. Her global perspective and warm, people-focused approach make her a valued member of the team.
